Before sending your VISM product in for Repair or Replacement you must call our Warranty Department at 1-866-627-8278 to receive a Return Authorization. Once you have received your Return Authorization send your VISM product, postage paid, along with a check or money order Payable to NcSTAR in the amount of $10.00 for shipping and handling to the address below:

Please fill out the provided Warranty Information Form, and enclose it with your package along with a copy of the Original Purchase Receipt. We recommend insuring your shipment. VISM is not responsible for your product until we receive it.

This warranty is void if damage is caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair. There are not other warranties, expressed or implied. Where permitted by State Law, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded.
